The wild thing is it’s mad common and most people get away with this while their kids are still minors but for like putting utilities and such in their name. A lot of poor kids go into adulthood f***ed because their parents ruin their credit before they are even 18

Ok so theoretically speaking, what if my mother deposits money into my account every two weeks and says I work for her. Will this count to the bank as boosting my income?

Or will a bank want a paper trail? I want to tell my mom no but if the bank can do it for me I’ll let them do it.

Lmao you need to show consistent income history. They won’t count anything that hasn’t been consistent for several months. And they’re going to see right through your mom paying you. Just tell her you are not going to do it and move the f*** on, bro! You are both wasting your time when you only have a few weeks to move.

Take action and take initiative you are out here looking like a weak little feeble b**** I’m sorry

  • Jun 24, 2021

Yeah with that credit score your mom is sure to default on something essential

Lol OP. Love your mom, but she cant make you do s***. Take care of her but taking care of someone is not giving them what they want. Tell her no and ask her to do something you’re more comfortable with that wouldnt jeopardize your future. Simple. Where ya brother at in all of this?

Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world.

He who understands it, earns it … he who doesn't … pays it

We take the banks money n buy houses on the low end to fix n flip, profit and pay them back, NEVER accept a loan you can’t pay back. Its all business, and you’re young dude, i get that moms may have some business acumen but I hope you feel comfortable expressing your concerns to her; They’re all legit. And money is money.

It’s important to keep your debt to income ratio low or else you won’t be able to do s*** in this society

Bank profit of those who accept loans that they cannot pay back.. cuz then they’ll take your s*** and add it to their collection for the next mans to buy

Is it possible to invest this money in something that will gross you income rather than be solely a financial responsibility in y’all situation?

Maybe use a portion of the bread for y’all business old or new, and also to pay off her debt n get her credit up.

I took a risk like yours n my credit is just now getting kinda right, we have gains now so In hindsight it looks like a noble sacrifice but trufully the blind faith was stupid and hindered me from making moves like my peers outta college.

No matter what just stay resilient. Always. & always know your gonna be good. Always.

    F*** yo landlord n f*** yo bank.

You're absolutely right.... I sent her a text and told her we should be looking for an apartment.

Our landlord isn't trying to give us more time and the end of July is approaching fast.

Can you stay with family for a month until you find a new apartment?

If not get an Airbnb and a storage unit until youre able to find something

She has a business license. So her plan was to deposit $600 into my account every week and just tell the bank I work for her so it would boost the gross income. Then we were approved I would give it back.
