Just been hurting. I moved out to this area because of him and we were 3 mins away. We went to LA this year… my very first time in LA , and it’s been years since I’ve traveled. I remember having breakfast with him at the hotel.
He mentioned for the first time to me that his fam had their falling out, and he was explaining his plan to have lots of kids and have them mend the family tree.
We met my famous uncle and we kicked it with him multiple days and treated us. We drove all around LA. Every f***ing where, Santa Monica pier. Beverly Hills. Discovered that Market district with good food that a lady recommended to us , who we met at the art museum where we saw basquiat artwork in person for the first time. Skipped that long ass Xavier Wulf line, The clubbing.
I come back home and what did I do? I STARTED TRIPPING OVER A F***ING B**** THAT NEVER GAF ABOUT ME.
The last time I saw him was when I sold my studio monitors to him. His job fired him back in may and he got a new job offer at the end of august and had already started training for it.
His hobbies, his music was getting traction, he was gaining followers on his ig. He had told me of his whole plan all these phases, how he was going move out to LA in 2028.
I texted him the day he passed, been so long since we kicked it since the cudi show in May I had wanted to hang out. Was just talking to him the day before that,
I was told his mom’s was trying to get into contact with him. He wasn’t answering. She went to his place, had the cops open up and they found him on the floor in the bathroom.
autopsy report is still inconclusive but he had a history of epilepsy.

Idk if you want advice, you didn't specifically ask for any, but it's good that you're reaching out to somebody about this, even if it's just KTT. Keep lines of communication open with the people closest to you, because you need them rn.

I’m sorry for you loss op. My day one homeboy, like the only friend I can legitimately call a brother, lives in San Bernardino and we just talked literally yesterday for the first time in like four/five months. But our relationship is like that where we can chop it up like no time has passed.
But I say all that to say, I’m quite positive that your friend knew deep down how much you cared for him. I find that life is stressful and constantly gets in the way of communication. But I hope you don’t hold a lot of guilt in your heart towards not reaching out sooner. It’s much easier to say while not going through that….but my heart goes out to you and his fam op
