its americanized anime kids show feels like it should be on kids wb it aint terrible though
i like how they put jack kirbys newboy legion reboot in there randomly u can tell people working on it is real fans of source material

Oh nvm it's only a kids show. The adult swim logo is what drew me in.

Is there a twist or gimmick on superman lore etc or is this legit an anime/American anime (?)/ cartoon style presentation of superman??

From what I've read roughly half is in an "anime style" but someone correct me if I'm wrong I haven't watched yet

Ppl were saying good things about it so I saw the first episode, and I was not at all impressed with the writing. I definitely expected something better conceived.

yeah just a straight up anime-inspired superman show. no twist (yet) other than the characters maybe being younger and more naïve than usual. feels v authentic to the character so far.
