Drake has made some interesting choices throughout his career to show that numbers weren't his first priority. We (the fans) probably care about it more than he does.

Ex: if he had thrown another 3 songs (9 minutes) on Scorpion it would've been considered a double album by RIAA and had all of its sales doubled. It would be certified Diamond already.
