We're gonna start seeing those 12 track deluxe albums released the same week physicals all get shipped out.

I wonder if this would actually lead to fans waiting longer to receive CDs and vinyl in the mail. Instead of orders shipping out when they're ready, labels might hold orders and ship them all out at once so the sales aren't all spread out

New rules might also have the unintended side effect of bringing back albums leaking weeks before release if labels attempt to have physicals ready to ship the first week
