Usher really is a legend, one of the greatest to ever play the game. Even his stuff from the 10s were great most of the time. Hard II Love had so many bangers.
Yes Hard II Love was a great album. Downtime, Let Me, Bump, Missin U, Rivals, No Limit were all faves from the album. No Limit was a top 40 hit and did pretty good with us youngins. Tell Me was an instant classic when I heard it.
FWM is still such a bop, it deserved the singles treatment. Oh and I still get super hyped when Tell Me comes on, I love these kind of songs from him.
Crazy to me that Rockstar is DaBaby’s biggest song and it has actual staying power. Felt like Suge was way bigger imo
31k first week is a massive W for Gibbs. Bandana did 18k and that was with Madlib, so Gibbs seems to be getting more popular
Roddy has superstar potential because he has a ton of crossover appeal. Guys like 21 and Gunna are solidly with the trap wave, while Roddy and Uzi can also sing and/or not feel out of place on a pop song. If he keeps it up he'll be gunning for Drake's niche in the top 3 for sure
the fact that they almost did more than yachty

crazy how kanye sold almost as much as Gaga on his NINTH album with a CHRISTIAN theme, and unwavering controversy and hate. Ye really bigger than we think

He’s still a rapper (most popular genre atm)
He’s still popular & controversial
And still sold bundles

did gaga sell bundles?
did gaga sell bundles?
Everyone does unless you’re Drake
He sold Yeezy clothes, she sold whatever she sold lol
Good for Gaga, she couldn't promote the album after it got out and still did nice numbers
So, is it going to be Rockstar or Savage tomorrow?
Depends on if they recalibrated radio estimates again, if it's the same as last week it can go either way but if radio estimates dropped again Rockstar will 100% be #1
