The playlisting and airplay is justified though given his popularity
Thereās nothing unusual about the rate heās put on those
Lmao plalylisting is such a trash excuse. Every major rapper is going to get in the top 5 of Rap Caviar every time they release a new song. Artists like Lil Baby, DaBaby, and 21 are going to get #1 on playlists more often than not.
But with Drake it's an issue.

Whats rap caviar's problem with WAP
Whats rap caviar's problem with WAP
I'm sure Spotify has a***ytics that say WAP's streams have been decreasing so it got moved down the playlist. Or that people were skipping it when it came up on the playlists. But when it was released it was in the #1 spot
These things are built more by numbers than labels.

Will be waiting for the next rapper to cover every single Spotify playlist that exists when they drop their album

Do people talk about things with context and facts anymore?
Spotify did it themselves because they wanted more people to listen to the most streamed album of all time in one week on their platform rather than Apple Music
Of course they arenāt doing it for people who donāt move the needle

The post I replied to was stating that every rapper gets the same treatment but itās an issue when Drake does. Drake got preferential treatment. Doesnāt matter why he did.

You conflated Rap Caviar playlisting singles to a major album dropping

Nah but Dr-ke gets more Day 1 Spotify placements on every release than any other artist
LNCL 115m

Rockstar 89m
Goodbyes (Posty) 61m
can ariana match TUN?
No way that was her career peak for sure
I think she over saturated herself after that album run for a while last year also with mid flops
(boyfriend, donāt call me angel, rule the world, monopoly)
Did Tory numbers come out yet lol

I agree. She kinda overstayed her welcome, but it still worked.
After this album she should wait till mid-2022 to drop again or she'll over saturate herself.

Pretty good considering it was just drizzy type beats from youtube

he had 2 top fives leading up to it. that's terrible lol
queen
rockstar is the only song released in 2020 to spend at least 20 weeks in the top 10 on the hot 100
every other song to achieve this, circles, someone you loved, the box, dont stop now and blinding lights were released in 2019
Album bombs have really ruined a lot of the records. Lil Baby already has 47 Hot 100 entries. The same as Paul McCartney and Prince
Streaming etc and the rule changes have made these records worthless. I guess the bigger thing is whoever did it first.
Like first debut at #1 on the Hot 100
