there's a weird disconnect between Billboard & streaming these days. Before we'd call anything that did well on Billboard a hit but now you need to pay attention to streaming numbers too. Goosebumps another great example of this, 1.5b spotify streams on the original and 392m for the remix. That makes it a top 10 streamed rap song of all time I Think meanwhile it peaked at like 35th on billboard hot 100

Adele's label overestimated tf outta of her demand in vinyl, she sold only 3.3% of the total 500k vinyls her label produced globally in the UK, which is both Adele's biggest market and the 2nd biggest market for vinyls globally.

Based on that I'm gonna assume at most she's only sold 10-15% of that total 500k globally and that's being generous.

The US is her biggest market, and it’s not even close. She probably sold over 50k vinyls from the US and UK alone.
