Definitely weird how there's gonna be no rap songs in top 10, we've had quite a few big songs drop in the last few months... maybe people are getting bored of rap

Like? I can only think of Gang Gang and Seeing Green.

Mainstream rap is all trap, and you can tell people getting tired. And Cole and Tyler had 0 hits.

yea I guess people are bored asf. I just expected at least 1 hit from Culture 3 but they had 0. J Cole, LilBaby&Durk and Tyler all had nothing either. I expected Miss the Rage to do a lot better considering the hype but idk

clubs not really being open is probably a massive part of it

Rapstar blew up some how. Never heard about the others and Thot S*** is a typical bad Megan record.

Rap music needs replayability to stay around. And that's what's missing right now when I listen to new rap albums.

rapstar blew up because it was a very popular snippet. miss the rage and my life were both pretty popular non-trap songs in the top 10-15. wockesha and thot s*** doing well too but not top 10 good.

in terms of rap albums missing replayability, that isn't stopping songs from being popular. in addition, if you take a look at the album charts, artists like polo g, lil baby, Lil Durk, moneybagg yo etc are doing very well. in fact, the only 2021 album doing better than all of them is the Olivia Rodrigo album.

if you don't find rap albums today to have replayability then that's your opinion. but don't overreact about how rap music won't stay around because you don't think it has replayability when clearly, alot of people are replaying these albums

Yeah, it's obviously my opinion. But out of those couple albums that dropped, no songs are really on the charts like that. At least not Billboard charts.

I find Thot S*** horrible, just like every other Meg son tbh. And that other Wayne feat was just ok imo, I prefer Gang Gang or Seeing Green.
