rise of blog era sincerity and lyricism and such as part of 2010s nostalgia (alr happening to be fair) but even tho its alr going on i mean a full takeover of the mainstream, people like fakemink doechii etc being the most loved by early gen z and gen alpha and stuff shows it.

hip hop will prolly stay as #1 it will fall to like #2 at worst, rock is not taking over at all. drake will prolly just become more and more of a legacy artist not really a current one,

only see like future maybe, cole and kendrick of the old guard staying relevant because they always will be lol

next like 4 years will be the peak of the decade and considered a golden era by 2030

return of the pop rap fusion electronic anthems as part of the progression of late 00s early 10s nostalgia

a lot of the albums and artists certain ktt audiences hate will be known as classics 10 years from now for sure, including the great ones everyone likes like luv 4 rent.

club ratchet music might die down and people will be nostalgic about it and complain about rap not being fun anymore

    a beloved palestinian artist rises

more electronic influences become more common in the mainstream like rap with dnb drums and s***

a lot of underground movements pre 2030 that set the stage for wild mainstream movements in the 2030s much like the 00s to the 10s

osamason and ken carson are gonna be known as some of the most influential rappers of this era

new frank album is gonna be disliked at first, and rocky

    tyler is gonna stagnate

idk its a lot changing so quick though so its harder than ever to say

Here’s mine: More and more black people start to make a shift towards creating rock music. Black people move the needle culturally, everyone else follows, and rap slowly loses it’s rank as the #1 genre in the world.
