I never get the impression from ML or Scorpion that there was real focus and passion put into them as projects

Does he have a handful of songs I've liked in the last couple years? Ofc he's one of hip-hop's greatest songmakers, but the run from SFG to IYRTITL felt like someone with things to say and specific directions they wanted to go
