Rock won't be cool again till rock fans embrace synth drums
Traditional live rock drums don't mesh well with the way percussive rhythmic structures have evolved in the public consciousness
Not saying it has to sound like zaytoven (cause it would be corny to hear rock artists attempt that) but there's ways to have drums that adapt to current trends while still feeling like rock, ie a more current version of some of the rock drumbeats on MBDTF
