This might sound emo but I deal with my depression by realizing I’m never gonna truly be 100% happy
I try to stay centered never too happy never too sad never too anything.

Why’d you stop and what are your thoughts on being medicated
I was medicated from Junior year of high school to about age 20. I was taking Dextroamphetamine IR and before that I was on Vyvanse.
During high school I'd take Vyvanse in the morning and it would wake me up, basically give me the attention I needed through the whole day. The side effects were what I couldn't deal with though. I used to get dry mouth, not eat, anxiety, depression, and it would make OCD really worse when it wore off later in the day.
Took it everyday for like 3 years. Eventually I stopped because I felt like the negatives outweighed the positives.
Then I got prescribed Dexedrine Instant Release when I was a Sophomore in college. Used to take it everyday but it only lasted about 4 hours, after that you'd feel pretty normal again opposed to that "strung out feeling" that Vyvanse gives you (common side effect of ADHD extended release meds).
Some days I'd split the dosage in half, others I'd take it alltogether. Only side effects I could remember was it would make me binge eat, and also give me occasional anxiety.
Definitely had a better experience with Dexedrine than Vyvanse tbh.
Stopped taking these ADHD meds because I just realized I can drink caffeine with a similar effect rather than take s*** that can mess with my body.
Only downside is after all those years of being on them my OCD, anxiety, and depression definitely got quite worse. But I don't think the medications have any correlation to that.

I always wonder if I have depression or if it’s just the adhd
Definitely leaning towards the adhd the more I read about it
Hope u good king 😔
Always good my brother.
I hope you’re well too dawg
depression + anxiety + ADHD is one of the worst combinations in the world we do not stan
Why was 2016 everyone's best year? (LIFE WISE)
I swear everyone talks about it and I can't even dispute it tbh
Last year before society went full on demonic

ok yea I mean this is a lot of the stuff I’m worried about but the way I’m feeling is can try it and if it doesn’t work I just stop taking it
I have no obligation to take it if I’m not getting a net gain out of it

Try having OCD on top of that too.
S*** makes me unable to function sometimes
