In a weird way that approach makes ppl understand me more and not just sympathize with me but also empathize with me

I've had ppl cry when I told them stories about my mental health struggles, and I was being funny in those stories

There's something to framing your struggles like good stories when venting I'm tellin yall

Cause deep down ppl dont wanna hear that s*** even if they do say "Im here to listen". So you make your need to vent and have someone truly listen digestible by turning it into an entertaining story
