I've had a history of sleep paralysis for as long as I could remember, I used to see things when I was younger that I won't explain right now but never that demon sh*t that other people be talking about seeing

The craziest thing I ever saw during it was one morning, a lady had came to me while I was sleeping, said "I am here," and then kissed me on the forehead. When I woke up later that morning I had found out my aunt unexpectedly passed away that morning. Probably the only time I saw a live person/anything that looked alive during sleep paralysis

I always wanted to think that the person I saw was my aunt and that she was saying goodbye but she has a Nigerian accent and when the lady spoke I don't remember her having the same accent.
