But if you're mad impatient...here's how I learned it (from a guy who knows an mma nigga who taught him, apparently mma niggas do it all the time didnt know that tho). I felt like Doctor Strange learning this s*** fr:
Set 13 hours aside in a day to do this. You'll sleep around 8 hours, pee about 20-25% so u only got 13 woke hours realistically to do it...
drink 1 liter of water ever hour for 13 hours straight (no more than that tho). I break it into quarters by drinking some every 15 mins. Some dudes add protein stuff to it which is better but I just chug the water tbh.
eat a bunch of s*** whatever you want (I prefer mcdonalds). Just no junk food no liquor store s*** like candy and chips and soda. And the trick is to add salt (which I forget). I guess sodium makes water stick to your body or sum
Should work if you do it right and get enough sleep and don't pee too much.

i think there should only be 1 general direction for everyone which is doing something that contributes to the society unlike the general trend nowadays where everyone wants to rap or start a clothing brand etc and this isnt something that i do with my own life but i think it should be the only direction. embracing feeling empty and pain and doing something useful and i hope i can do that at some point. and this 1 direction must include education especially with how many males choose not to go to universities
