Idk what to do in this situation

So theres this girl who works at the liquor store sometimes across the street from where I live. I decided one day I'll start convos with her and eventually get her ig, which I did

I hit her up one night on ig after I got home from work and we chatted a lil bit. I was movin the convo cause she was giving one word answers (doing her homework). No reply when I told her gn and when I passively pointed it out she assured me it was cause she was doin homework...still never told me gn tho

So I said naw I'm not about to beta orbit no b**** I did that ONE time with a girl years ago and embarrassed myself so if you not responding when I give you rhythm then I'm over it. So I never hit her up again

It's been a month since then and I saw her at the store. No hi how you doin no nothin, just dead expression can't even look me in my eye even if I clearly look at her smirking like "really b**** "

Should I hit her up again or not? I'm tempted to but Idk if I'll just look dumb. What if she gives one word answers and s*** and it's a one sided effort?

Plus for context there's not much I can do cause she livea in Anaheim and I live in LA county
