Best entry point for Tarantino is Pulp Fiction and the Kill Bill movies. Then move onto Django once you get acquainted. And it may seem plebian marmentate to say this, but read up on Tarantino and his creative process more than you watch his films - actually do this with any artist you're trying to really get into.

As for Scorsese? Taxi Driver is a great place to start (watch it on your own at night with a good meal). If you haven't seen Goodfellas watch it. Also, he did The Wolf of Wall Street.

When it comes to Tarantino I've already watched Django, Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill vol 1, Reservoir Dogs, Inglorious B******s and The Hateful Eight

For Scorsese I've already watched Goodfellas, Casino, The Departed and The Wolf of Wall Street
