1.Site is so used to high traffic it cant handle the lesser traffic so slowing down is making it trip out.

2.The owners see less traffic and are cutting back feature for an eventual shut down.

How is it complicated? Artist have channels that all feed into "music sxn". The threads in "drake channel/sxn" will still show in music sxn
