This site starting to get stale. It’s like the same tired bait threads are being made weekly.

They got lucky today though. If it was a popping news day, this s*** would’ve gotten 6 pages.
Count me out is one of the songs I'll never get the hype on. It's meh
horrible a***ysis
That’s KTT2 revisionist history. A lot of the same people in this thread who didn’t like Mr. Morale did not like DAMN either. They said the album was “too commercial” and that it didnt deserve all of its accolades.
Wasn’t until late last year I started seeing universal praise for it.
People had some reservations about the album but I think the truth is somewhere in the middle. DAMN was definitely more embraced than MM was. MM is his most polarizing since TPAB

How soon was that critic thread made after DAMN dropped though?
This thread was from 2019

Like a week or two after it drop lol and it got a 89
kanyetothe.com/threads/kanyetothecritic-kendrick-lamar-damn-scores-are-in-89-100.6527777
And here's the ktt2 one with a 78

And then adding in public perception of DAMN. The album was very much loved on arrival compared to MMBS
I pop the pain away, I slide the pain
I thought he doesn't promote d*** use? What's with the blatant pro pill popping message at the start of die hard? I kept listening thinking he would expand on that but nope. I pop the pain away.

I agree with that. But I don’t agree with the assessment that DAMN was universally loved from the jump. There was push back on that album although it wasn’t polarizing like Mr. Morale.

Exactly. F***ing junkie
How is this thread not locked lmao
Delete this. Yeah usually if a mod sees a thread doing numbers and getting engagement they kill it so they don’t have to do their job. Debate isn’t really encouraged here even when nothing bad is happening

Ehh seeing the same bait being used nonstop make it lose its touch.

Fr and then he follows “I hope I’m not too late to set my demons straight”
Why he got a problem with his demons being gay? Between this song and the F word on Auntie Diaries, his messaging not looking good

I think you mean TPAB
Cause it’s true
Lotta true threads could be made about drakes output over the last few years

Damn was most definitely universally loved from jump. That s*** had people thinking Humble was a good song.
