Since the switch came out last night apparently, what were some of your most memorable midnight releases you attended. Seems like kind of a dying event unless for a game system.
A few of mine
God of War (2018)
Mgs4 (2008)
GTA IV(2008)
God of war 3(2010)
Never attended one for a system though. Either always got them late and/or online
Skyrim was memorable for me, I remember there was a car playing the soundtrack in the parking lot. Energy was dope and everyone was excited af
Black Ops 4 was so hype. I took 4 days off around that weekend too because it launched with 4 zombies maps.
Does my mom driving me to GameStop right after middle school band practice count? (Black Ops 1)

So many 4s!
I think I only did gta5 honestly
I grew up over 30 minutes away from any place that would do them. gta5 was shortly after I got my drivers lisence I think, and the first and only time my parents let me take a day off of school to do anything like this
skyrim and smash 4 i remember being really fun. the midnight release pretty much dying for game releases is a bummer, but i guess that does make the midnight releases for consoles much more exciting
Black Ops 1
It's really f***ing sad how the younger generation don't have something like that for themselves
