There is a photo mode in Kustomize its functionality is kind of limited though. If you press the select button it goes into a make shift photo mode while viewing gear or palettes. Also with all you unllock I recommend turning on randomize all on gear and palettes that way yoou dont have to go to kustomize to change things every time

Whats better is open the peristent menu with the touch pad or select key or whatever on main menu. Then go to kareer stats and scroll over to replays. It saves replays as inputs and you can turn off the HUD ( I got this in for yall for photo mode ) because the photo mode in kustomize is very alright .

On your replays you can turn on frame data and buttons too. It creates a replay from every game you play. No free cam on it though
