Right? I know 50 % or more of the Mortal Kombat fans might be against that kind of change as they've been used to it for like 30 years. But it gotta change so more people can get into it... But then again I haven't really ever been into western fighting games. So I guess it's cool either way as there's then other fighting games to look forward to anyway

I wonder if this game will still be 2.5D-ish or it'll be like Tekken, Dead or Alive, Soul Calibur etc. so you can move around the whole stage and not just go forwards or backwards only... I think that would be great if games like Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter, Injustice etc. starts doing it now or with the games after the ones coming soon at least because they're getting more realistic and stuff and with that then why keep stuff the same as it was before? So yeah since Mortal Kombat 1 is a reboot then why not change the 2.5D-ish part of it? I guess we'll soon hopefully see how the gameplay will be like

Exactly... And that's why it's cool either way for me I guess. So if they do enough stuff to still make it super interesting and a must own game so will that maybe not matter for me and I might still get it

At this point I’m shocked there isn’t a fighter that has a 3D mode separate from its 2.5 mode. Would it be a lot of work ? Yes but to fight the micro transactions hate pack in the value
