They made shoot house after user feedback. So they definitely can make a map.

I would scream if I have to play on terminal again. I'm as tired of that map as I am of Nuke Town.

They knew what they were doing, their experiment just crashed and burned. And they happened to have some older style maps on the backburner

Where did I say they didn't make it before launch? My point is they made Shoot house which is a map that isn't pulled from an older game. They still have it they just don't want to. It's easier to remaster a map than make one from scratch.

Arkaden, Favela, Afghan.. Bootleg , Scrapyard (which would play wonderfully on this game), Skidrow, Dome, could go onnnnn.

And we get Rust, prolly gonna get Terminal. I mean, we already got Vacant, Crash, and Shipment. At this point we’ve seen all of those in three different installments of CoD..
