MCNbut that's a s*** perspective too. by that logic anyone that loses their life in a situation where they took a risk or did anything wasn't 100% by the book deserved it and I just don't agree with that.

You feel that because the system of capitalism/mass production/etc. generally requires someone to be taken advantage of, people with a certain financial classification don’t deserve empathy. Racists and the like believe that because young black men generally commit crimes at a high rate according to statistics (not my viewpoint but theirs) they generally don’t deserve empathy when killed by police.
with your logic if Kanye (all his race rhetoric aside for the sake of this example) who started out middle class/below middle class died in some horrible way rn he deserves no empathy because of the system in which sneakers and apparel are currently manufactured?

you've almost certainly signed paperwork that has waved a company's accountability to injury and death before in your life.
I used to run a summer basketball camp for 6-14 year olds and the generic language we took off the internet for our waiver even mentioned it lol.
