Yeah sometimes context can clear things up a little and change my mind but there's absolutely no context where slowly choking a man to death out of negligence is excusable. Even if you don't acknowledge the race aspect of this it's impossible to justify what this guy does. Any level of grappling knowledge between multiple officers could have saved this man's life. He didn't resist, he didn't do anything out of ordinary there's no excuse.

There is a fundamental lack of respect and value for black life partially because of lack of consequence and partly because of way deeper s*** that goes back to slavery and even has traces in s*** like "Chiraq". Darker skin people are looked at as more disposable for some sick subconscious reason.
