nah, more white people should be calling out cacs. obviously not to feel better about themselves but because they feel actual indignation. nothing wrong with that
I agree white people can call out other white people
There are just ways to do it that aren’t self serving and patronizing
I really do feel for great artists who are stuck with the corniest fan bases ever and it’s 100% not their fault or even their musics fault
As an artist that’s gotta be such a bizarre moment, I’m kinda baring my soul over here & this is what sort of fan culture it’s cultivated
You think I’m downplaying but I think Yall are blowing it out of proportion. Like why you mad? “Damn those guys are playing chess in my field of vision, now I can’t enjoy the concert”
Just seems a bit lame on both sides but hey
I think it’s more so the fact that they are going out of their way to disrespect the artist

Idk I just find it hard to believe. Do they not like MIKE? Did they buy tickets just to sabotage the show? Is this a part of the white man’s agenda?
Obviously the last ones are sarcastic questions but do you really think these guys did this with hate
Am I remembering wrong or didnt Tyler used to sometimes use Gumby as a reference to himself on his socials during his green hat era
Maybe? I don't remember that much from early twitter/box era days?

How does that happen? Is it the music? Is it the style? Is it just random nerds latching onto your skill?

They did. The whole “they playing chess in the (insert artist) mosh pit” is pretty much just a fancy way of calling a specific type of rapper and hip hop boring. They went out of their way to do the meme IRL. Basically saying “hey we did the funny thing from the internet s***ting on this guys brand of hip hop”
I don’t really buy into these kinds of debates all that often but this is one that I 100% understand why people are mad
I agree with you but I will say Mike is actually quite into memes I always see him liking them on ig lol
Hes def into memes in general but idk if hes into this

why are you trying to both sides this lmao. dude did some dumbass disrespectful s*** and youre running defense for him for no f***ing reason. people told you why its disrespectful past what exactly he did and how he did it, its all-around wack as f*** but you still wanna dismiss it
Maybe? I don't remember that much from early twitter/box era days?
Its a distant memory but I think he used to put gumby on his show promo posters. Also you were super lucky to see early OF live, good stuff bro

Last sentence especially with how inorganically people discover music these days.
You can basically latch on to and pretend to be part of a scene cause of some s*** you saw on TikTok you thought was cool

I dont think it really matter if they did it with the intent of hate, it's still a disrespectful act that is getting called out on, especially since there's been a trend of concert goers just not practicing good concert etiquette

Because two things can be true at the same time and idk it just doesn’t seem that dumb to me. There has been way dumber for sure.
@hadjigaviota this is your next video

Actually, yeah? Bro I don't want a couple people playing chess trying to recreate a meme in my face while I'm locking in to enjoy a concert. It kills the vibe
Would Yall care if it was a GZA concert?
Keith Jarrett one of the most renowned jazz pianists of all time would walk off stage or stop playing if he heard coughing in the audience.
I would care no matter who the artist is because coming to a concert to "go viral" is not good ettiquete. You're talking to someone that's told a crowd of cacs in Berlin Under A (a nyc venue) to shut the f*** up cause they was talking during a local performer.
After I saw this was a minor from Europe it made more sense. This just a child thinking he’s finna have a viral moment

please talk to them.
Crazy that stop worry wad the song played in the clip
All this luggage make the plane ground
Growing up I learned to play a crowd, but I know when to lead
Too much substance for the faint crowd, don't know when to keep
