As much as people want to see Nintendo acquire Sega, I don't think everyone will ever be prepare if that will ever happen.

Don't get me wrong I see both sides but Amazon, Tencent, Google all have been trying to essentially do the same thing.

US agree? The FTC is against it as far as I know. So only EU did approve of it but still doesn't trust the Cloud part of it. So instead of this whole thing ending soon so will it take weeks... Maybe even months before a final decision has been made. And no I don't think Microsoft can just go ahead and do this thing as they'll have to wait and see if it'll be even possible and it might be even blocked for awhile and they might even not be able to acquire something as big as ABK for at least 10 years as that's what the CMA has blocked.
