If you deal with someone with Tourette’s in real life and they shout something out most of thread saying “ boom “ him or “ punch in mouth “ when that’s really unhealthy. It’s a very real disability . i think people with the type of tourettes that make you swear have their urges directly tied with saying the worst, most socially charged and socially inhibited thing at that time??? and the glitch in inhibition and urge to blurt something out is directly because of how bad the things to say are. its f***ed up but there was a big film this year about tourettes and understanding how tics work and thats why they were there in the first place
