@insertcoolnamehere you cool with this guy & it’s just jokes or should i ban? i can’t tell with no context
Scorned ex-lovers from what I’ve read
Scorned ex-lovers from what I’ve read
not knowing their history, seeing someone say “should’ve happened to him” is just CRAZY
We both followed each other because this dynamic started with common ground. Hell that common ground is still there that’s why we’re in so many of the same threads. You know this. I also usually don’t follow anyone who didn’t follow me first, and again - we both followed each other. I noticed while I was on my profile you said this around the same time my follower count went down one. A very convenient timing of events considering you bring up me following you outta nowhere around the same time and trying to spin a weird narrative about me following you and such @ShintaroKago. S*** I didn’t even remember that I followed you until now idk how you even know
But that’s that I will not explain further
Somehow this turned into a diaspora war lol
To be fair British people including one's ITT saying "Americans" instead of black Americans were offended wasn't helpful to all that.
In general drew a pretty harsh line between communities and was in general pretty offensive in itself
Hard to have remorse for this guy considering he's lived with his condition for 54 years and knows all his triggers. He should've known it was a bad idea to be there
I don't think people from other countries understand how offensive it is to say to black Americans especially in regards to racial issues "you're American" as a way to disregard our communities feelings.
Especially during a time period where we're being told pretty clearly by the Government we infact aren't Americans.

Yeah it’s a dogwhistle for us not really being black or of African descent and it’s really weird

What you are missing is I also said people I have a deep dislike of I block. If I’m going to call them a slur . Passively aggressive post about them . Make asssumptions. Of character I block . I wasn’t following you . This isn’t the first time we’ve had conflict . The sole reason a free or you isn’t blocked is because yall have done this same thing before and recently
Doing the corny “ he anti black “ because you don’t like that I felt bad bunny earned a Grammy as a Jamaican or I speak on disabilities as someone who worked with a disabled black teen 2011 and kids with autism . Making up lies of me being anti black when I’ve always spoke out on black issues , went to protest , volunteered because you can’t hold an actual discussion in the thread and know your people can pop out call me a slur is goofy . You know this . There is no admiration for you . I spent this entire thread saying “ hey this is something to better understand “ posted black people with disabilities takes and why it’s important to understand.
I said John was at fault , accommodations could be better , bbc , baftas don’t care , tics applied to all groups the entire night . I said from beginning HE SHOULD. Apologize to delroy and but said not publicly because there could be so many other groups he offended based on things he said throughout the show
I said what I said. Telling someone you don’t know in real life who literally didn’t even f*** with Kamala and went and canvassed for her is anti black because you want to come off as the hotep of ktt is corny

British were offended too but they have infinitely better resources on the topic og Tourette’s , neurological and mental cases than Americans . Where the funding is on education . America still to this day has ignorance on many such cases . That isn’t a diaspora war to acknowledge. Both our countries are still deeply entrenched in racism

Even more so should have known a microphone by him was a bad idea . If he been an advocate of something for 40 years in uk . His film finally nominated and the main actor playing him a favorite for best actor . I think it makes logical sense that the only time he would be invited to an event like this and the baftas lies saying they have proper accommodations and understandings from guest . He wants to go . I don’t get the feeling he was dying to go without those accommodations. BBC and baftas choose to invite him . If they had executed better it would have done a lot for his cause

Did he not expect black people to be there? lol. Cause apparently thats who he berated the most at the event

If it was going to be cut , he was 40 rows back , he was told people would be warned . British have a must better understanding of Tourette’s and his condition . Interacting close it’s a risk but why would he isolate to “ I fear only offending black people” when again we know both lifetime and at event he said slurs to damn near every group
Knowing its black history month and the risk yeah it was worth considering but his entire life day to day is a risk to go outside so I don’t understand what you are saying . He risk seeing black people every day not in the arts who can violently react daily to his condition
As do all with the condition
I don’t see how it’s defending white peoples if I’ve consistently been saying they used a man with a disability to go viral . If he was black a with a disability they would do the same thing or worse leave more slurs in that made him look however they wanted
Worst thread oat
