By all accounts it's still a good, enjoyable watch.

Especially from someone who has a long history of making terrible films. Dude only has 1 great movie and that is ONLY because of Denzel and Ethan but 90% Denzel. Even down to him improvising the best lines.
Equalizer is ight but nothing to brag about.

Training Day if we gotta be honest is a great performance in an okay film. Take out Denzel and the s*** falls apart quick.

I agree. He could play in that cool mid budget action movie lane. Trying to tackle anything with character or a spectacle is out his lane.
