I love it and hate it at the same time. Idc that he doesn't look like mike since he basically got everything else down and this is acting after all. Im glad it only goes up to the 80s, but it really just seems like a reenactment of his hits and definitely won't delve deep into the not so great parts of his life
Bro really about to not give the movie the nod of approval
He really thinks he’s MJ
And he a maga too
Only negative I have for the trailer is I’m convinced they’re using an AI voice for Michael. Hope I’m wrong tho.
The more I think about it, the more a Michael Jackson biopic seems like a legitimately impossible project
I can understand why this one seems to just be a play-the-hits 'Remember this?' fest, the appeal seems to be in historical reenactment instead of getting to the heart of a deeply unknowable person
This, like all estate-produced biopics, is about increasing interest in the artist's catalogue.

It's Jafaar, no AI
How do you know for sure?
Because as good as it is it's not MJ, and multiple people including fans on the set were duped as well but it's 100% Jafaar

It’s just that these studios are admitting that they will 100% be using AI in their projects. They’ve said this. Idk, I’m not convinced it’s not AI yet.

Who gives a s*** about an impersonator & what he thinks

we’ll have to see what else they have in store but the visuals make sense for a teaser trailer
quick snapshot of the highlights so everyone understands what’s going on
MJ the first artist I was ever heavily into
Went thru a whole phase when I was 6-7 years old
They thought I was gay

I feel like this was literally a universal experience for every black kid

There's a second film coming once this does really well
This is like the ultimate biopic and they gave it to the most mid filmmaker of the century

Movies being made by Michael’s estate so of course they’re gonna pick a director they can control

Womp womp d***head
This easily doing a billi . This is the closest we’ll ever get to seeing MJ brought back to life
