AshTheRobotI would have preferred a movie that purely focused on one section of his life. Like personally i would have preferred a movie purely focused on the making of Thriller.
I generally don't like Biopics because its very difficult to consolidate anybody's life into a 2 Hour film, and rarely ever works.
I think making a movie that centers around the making of the most successful album ever made feels like a movie worth making. And simultaneously acts a biopic.
I think a movie based on Off The Wall would’ve been cool. It’s the album he started working with Quincy and kinda catapulted him from child star to a legitimate force

May 10Performance scenes were great, but this movie might have the worst dialogue of all time 😭 cringing to the bottom of my stomach when I heard them “La gangbangers” say “Yo Cuz” 😭😭😭 my friends n i were in tears. The scene where Michael is recording and saying “im the greatest of all time” and quickly nods in head in approval had me f***ing cringing so bad. Even if Mike really did say that he simply would’ve said it with 100x more swag. Jafaar delivered with the dancing, I thought the voice was pretty good, but he couldn’t capture the charm and swag of michael which is basically an impossible task so I don’t blame him lmao
