I’m in the middle of the novel and the sequel sections with Chris are kind of a drag but the prequel sections are great

Yeah this gonna be movie of the decade easily. Really wonder who’s playing who, lowkey hoping for Bale as Wardell

After Severance S1 i thought Tramell Tillman would be a crazy Wardell and I still kinda need that

McCauley has my favourite bits in the book. But he's not in enough of it that Leo would want that role.

Hanna's the next best role, then Wardell, and Bale is more the Wardell type.

Plus, book spoilers. if Bale and Leo are gonna face off then they need to be Hanna and Wardell. I know Chris pops up but it's only at the very end

Finished the book. If I was making this movie I’d cut basically all of the Chris plotline

re-watching heat 1 on prime and it's so good.

Leo as De Niro and Bale as the cop will be so perfect as a new version (not that they'll be as good as de niro/pacino but they're about as good as a casting choice as you could hope for)
