KingOfPopLots and lots of songs are incredibly unfinished. To the point where they could do an instrumental album, but nothing more.
Certain titles have scratch vocals at best, but it seems like MJs output post History was not as prolific as Bad.
It’s looking like Bad was MJs biggest output era, and then around Invincible and later it’s mostly instrumental with little vocal.
Apparently the instrumentals for MJs late work are absolutely amazing & contenders for his best ever melodies. Hopefully one day they are packaged up.
