KingOfPopI enjoyed reading this, it actually made me laugh.
'Where there's smoke there's fire' is an AWFUL defence. The smoke here, every time, is financial gain. Proof? Each accuser, every single one, every single time, went to a CIVIL lawyer first. What does that mean? They can only ever get MONEY.
To also believe the most recent accusations, your 'you weren't there' argument doesn't work because neither was Michael Jackson. Abusing someone in a building that didn't exist? Abusing someone in a different state while he was on tour?
You want to talk investigation, you want to talk 'rumours', then talk about the PROOF in the original post that the very first accusation was only ever a financial extortion attempt by a scorned father.
No one. NO ONE found a shred of evidence that Michael Jackson was sexually interested in children. Not the FBI, not the LAPD, not the victim witness unit, not the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's department, no one.
The one time they finally managed to build a case thin enough to get Jackson to criminal court, they added as many minor charges as they could and even bringing in the 'Prior Bad Acts' couldn't do s***. They had no case and Jackson was acquitted in a state with a very high conviction rate and a very conservative jury.
Research. Research. Research. Do not listen to everything the media and press tell you. There is so much more to this and it truly fascinates me.

He wasn’t interested in children? He was clearly interested in children considering it’s a fact he had children sleep over at his house
Is it 100% confirmed he was interested in them sexually? Neither you nor I know that for a fact, so don’t pretend like you know what another man’s deepest, most secretive thoughts are/were.
But my point was it would be impossible to prove sexual assault if he wasn’t literally raping them. You completely ignored my entire point about that.
How is someone supposed to prove something like that occurred years after the fact? That’s most likely why they went after a civil case and not a criminal..... if the DA thinks they don’t have enough evidence for a criminal trial, what other recourse does the family have besides to go for a civil suit?
Again I’m not sitting here saying MJ 100% sexually assaulted any children.... but there’s certainly enough circumstantial evidence and stories and rumors to at least raise the question..... so just like I can’t say he did, you can’t for a 100% fact say that he didn’t. You just can’t dude.
Is it possible some of the accusers are lying just to get money? Yeah that’s definitely a possibility. But that doesn’t mean every single one is.
