did you read my replies? my point is that there is a weakness in the law when it comes to the classification of the material. i would consider what michael posessed to be child p***ography, yes it's legal and the books he had can still be purchased but that doesn't make it right does it

They will be dealt with in order. They are complex issues. It's not a simple he didn't do it because of X, there is entire stories, motives and you have to understand the character of those accusing him.
I tried to encapsulate in this thread why the Chandler's only motive was financial gain and how Evan Chandler was a greedy psychopath.
In the next thread, I will detail the inaccuracies, changing testimony and outright laughable set of people the Arvizo family were, who funnily enough went to the same civil lawyers and Dr used in the 1993 investigation. Again, the only gain from civil lawsuits is financial.
It will be Robson and Safechuck last. Dumb and Dumber.

No but I am not bringing opinion into this. It is also a fact the media published fake imagery (some published after Jackson died) as 'child p***' Jackson had. It is also a fact one of the so called 'sickening' books was a gift from a fan.
If the 70+ agents that raided Neverland had found anything worthwhile in Michael's library or computers it would've been monumental and the base of their case. Instead, they had to resort to things like putting Gavin Arvizo's fingerprints on a magazine printed after he'd seen Jackson for the last time. That is what you're dealing with. It's almost comical.
