The Cascio family (famous for defrauding Sony, Michael Jackson's fans and Estate with 12 fake Michael Jackson songs after his death) are trying to get $213m dollars from the Estate.
After Leaving Neverland, the Estate contacted them for assistance, and they replied with their hands out. It looks like they had received some money from the Estate in 2020 under NDA.
Law enforcement are involved as a result of the extortion attempt. There are no libel laws against the dead, so whatever they've tried to do here must be pretty bad.
It just never, ever ends. It's so tiring.
