Needs to work on his lateral movement on defense and his passing tho. Don’t see Spo throwing him into the fire early on in the season but we’ll see. He’ll prob get some more g league/two way time after we sign him.

And he kept Herro too, could be a huge trade chip at the deadline if he bounces back this season (I’d be fine with keeping him too)

Ya one way or the other we kept all our best assets and improved the team a lot.
I think herro had a better year than people give him credit for too he improved on everything but his 3pt shooting.
Which is objectively impacted by our bad spacing last season because we weren’t a good 3 pt shooting team.

Obvi he played poorly in the playoffs but pretty much our whole team did. Also Hard to do a lot of improving over a 70 day offseason.

Young Guys aren’t going to take a big jump in that time frame, herro took a jump from the the suspension then when we came back you could tell he improved but that was after 5 months time not 50 days and then he’s back to camp. Players drafted last season or two haven’t exactly had the most linear of development because of covid.

Yeah I don’t think he’s a bum like people think, I’ve even started to see people turn on Bam after the Milwaukee series

Herros time to step up as a playmaker off the bench. He was solid last season early on when goran went down and Jimmy was out too.
