I gave up on this team after we lost to the Hawks. Like I wasn't saying tank for the lotto pick but I was 100% thinking we'd lose the next play in or lose in 5 to the Bucks.

Then we proceeded to go on one of my favorite sports runs ever.

It sucks it didn't end how we wanted. But I've never gone from 100% given up to holy s*** were in the Finals. That swing of emotions allows me to think clearly now and appreciate that we got to watch this incredible entertainment for the last few months. I've never had this feeling after a playoff loss, usually I come in with expectations so I don't appreciate it like this.

Kyrie makes perfect sense basketball wise, as he does on practically every team. He just brings drama with him everywhere eventually and I don’t want that s*** here. I guess you could convince urself if he could be dif anywhere it would be here but still. I’d opt for dame first. He’s led those blazers teams to 50 wins multiple times with cj and nurkic as his two best teammates. Jimmy and bam are much better than them.

Yep very fun season. From the play in to the Finals my nigga. So many players with the heart of champions.

Last year we tried hard to pull in a superstar but niggas wasn't f***ing with us. This whole season was to give them fools their chane to think it over.

Let's see who we pull in. This season was a total success in every way. S***, it was basically like a free trip to the Finals. And we stood tall as the league's second best team, and wasn't even healthy.

That elusive ring without LeBron... well, nobody said it'd be easy.

Beal would be nice if he could play like he did before the last two seasons…

I’d only do this if we didn’t have to give up picks or herro. Giving up both is an L.

We’d need to be able to have some more assets after this deal to make it intriguing enough imo. He’s not dame, I’m not dumping the full load for a dude on a ridiculous contract coming off a down year.

Didn’t see a single Wizards game, so I could be way off on this. But Beal shot over 50% for the first time in his career and had one of his best 3pt percentages in like the last 5 years or so. He’s taking 5 or 6 less shots per game from the seasons he averaged over 30, so that explains the dip in points.

Terrible contract but maybe he could still be elite after a change in scenery. For me, it comes down to if we think Herro is gonna make a jump in the next two years before Jimmy’s production begins to wane.
