Having relationship drama in the workplace is a big no no, especially if you travel with these people for half a year. Firing him was the right move for them tbh. They f***ed up by not getting a legit coach to replace him.

That being said this isn’t all on him, Celtics players are getting punked plain and simple. All that “talent” hasn’t done them much these whole playoffs. Hawks took them to 6 which should’ve never happened, and if harden and embiid weren’t the most mentally weak star duo in the league they probably would’ve lost to them too.

Brown and horford have been the biggest liabilities for them imo, horford ain’t the same player anymore and can’t keep up with quicker players. Bam being a better mid range shooter and overall more aggressive player this time has exposed him. Brown can’t dribble for s*** and the heat know it, all he does is isos into tough buckets but you can’t rely on that ever game, He’s also a piss poor playmaker.

If I were Boston I’d be looking to move him cuz giving him a super max is a big L. Tatum can be more aggressive but he’s been the least of their worries imo.
