That series was definitely more of a dogfight than the ECF. Remember Dexter Pittman got suspended too for hitting Lance.
They were a great foil for us. ECF was good too but besides Bron Game 6 (which wasn't a close game) less memorable I agree.

I can do you one better and say that series was the catalyst for the rest of the Big 3 era too. Bosh got injured is what made Spo try Battier guarding David West. It worked for us and that ended up being what we did for the rest of the big 3 era basically.

I also remember Wade had what is probably his worst playoff game of his career, and came back on FIRE the next game.

It was kind of our introduction to them as a team that is f***ing excellent with their backs to the wall. 2011 we won all our series in 5, until we lost. So 2012 comes around, and we're down 1-2, and the threat of losing was real af so our adrenaline was at its peak with so much on the line. Then we saw them come back from 2-3 in the ECF. Then we saw them basically practicing comebacks in-game during the 2013 win streak - so by the 2013 playoffs we weren't gonna panic if we were down in a game or series as much.
