Listened to this through a few times, remains underwhelming to me considering how much I liked the Hotel Diablo - TTD - MS run

The intro is great, but overall the first-half is so horribly generic and tryhard to me, Cliché is still maybe the most repulsive song he’s ever dropped to me, somehow worse than Emo Girl

However, the last 4 tracks are great, and show positive development as an artist. I think I miss the grittiness of Hotel Diablo that I thought might reappear with this project. I will say though, sober, he sounds like he is in a way better place so I respect that for him; tell me what’s up to orpheus is a really strong stretch, wish the whole album was that quality - the prior pop stuff in the tracklist just comes off as so inauthentic to me

Happy for bro considering how much hate he gets, and I guess it wouldn’t be right to get another Hotel Diablo as that’s a very dark project. Looking forward to the rap project.
