Ranking the Prime games:
1. Corruption
2. Metroid Prime
3. Echoes

-I considered ranking Hunters, but that one’s primarily a multiplayer game so it would’ve seemed unfair.
-skipped Federation Force for obvious reasons
-Metroid Prime Pinball was actually a banger.

Commentary on the ranking:
Prime 1 & Echoes were played on GameCube and I’ve always disliked the controls tbh; Corruption being built on Wii aiming controls gives it an easy layup over the other two.

I bet Prime 1 is everyone’s top 1 and I can see why.
That game had a tumultuous development cycle and I believe that was reflected in the game’s design itself, which made me appreciate it less sadly. But my s***ty opinion aside, that game is literally a miracle so I can respect it for that.

You can save $10 through the voucher method, huge if you have a spare voucher.

If you need to buy 2 vouchers it’s not really a deal unless you have another game in mind or there’s definitely a good switch 1/2 game incoming by next December, since switch 2 exclusives won’t work, it has to be back compat or upgradable

Yeah here in Canada, the savings we get by buying vouchers are tremendous (MP4 costs $85 and a discounted game via vouchers is $66.50).

Only small thing I’m concerned about is which 2nd game to use the 2nd voucher on.. I’m leaning towards Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream, but I never "beat" the 3DS one (guess I should work on that!)
Though I’m hoping Nintendo will announce a brand-new Switch 1 game that would make me crave it lol

If the Mario Galaxy collection was eligible, I would 100% use a voucher on that despite having already beaten those games ages ago (I RARELY buy remakes/remasters of games I already own or have beaten).

The next Professor Layton ain’t published by Nintendo so it won’t be eligible for vouchers I’m afraid

Tomodachi Life on Switch generated a lot of hype on the Internet so maybe.. it’s going to be the next Animal Crossing in its own way (obviously it won’t be as massive as New Horizons, but it could be just what the doctor ordered while we wait for the next proper AC game).
