    Do you keep yourself occupied? I always need sh*t to do like chores in order to keep things at bay. I'm a pretty paranoid person and it keeps getting worse.

    Struggling with OCD and anxiety a bit more for the past 6 months than usual, but thanks to going back to therapy and adjusting my life daily a bit, its really gettin better
    Just wanted to come ITT and say that it really can get better and I hope it does get better for anyone posting in here and struggling with their mental health

    Yeah b.. I volunteered for parkrun today, qnd encouraging others in their endeavours really hit different.

    I have to say that early morning cardio really sets me up to tackle sh*t that comes my way in the day

    Is there anything specific that your therapist works on with you regarding your OCD?

    I'm dealing with multiple things including OCD but the therapist I see is OCD specific and it hasn't been helpful much at all and I want to consider some different options

    Exposure and response prevention therapy
    Worked wonders with my OCD tbh
    Still struggle with it on a daily basis, but it is a lot more manageable
