Also the defense is saying that Kylie kicked Meg out of the party for being belligerent but she told Gayle that she left because she was "ready to leave". If this is true, it would be another tiny lie, that doesn't matter, to add to the list.
And that Tory was not in the car initially but she came back to get him.
She also told Gayle that she was not involved in the argument between Tory and Kelsey. That she just wanted to leave the car. And the prosecution is now saying that it started because her and Tory got into it.

Let’s be f***in real here if this situation didn’t involve these two parties and y’all heard about the screenshots, leaked texts and all that s*** y’all would be like “yeah that nigga most likely did that s***”
But since it involves Meg and Tory and the public discourse has been insufferable since the news first leaked, niggas wanna act dense.
Again I’m waiting till more info comes out but it is not far fetched to say that the evidence presented favors Megs side at the moment
I’ll just say I’ve worked in places that would give me some insight here, I don’t think the case is as bad for Tory as some think it is. Pretty sure he did it, but I’m skeptical with what we’ve seen so far that you could convince a unanimous jury beyond reasonable doubt. I think Meg’s public inconsistencies on the incident and failure to address what was likely a conflict between her and her female friend could be enough to sew seeds of doubt in some juror’s minds.
