as a law student listening to hassan piker vs. fresh n fit guy talk about the exercise of the fifth amendment is giving me a f***ing hemorrhage.
but if anyone's interested, the fifth amendment can be used at any time during testimony/deposition. but like any other right it can be waived as part of a settlement/plea agreement. fresh n fit guy cited gunna as automatically waiving his fifth amendment right by agreeing to take the stand if asked. that's not true. the deal gunna took expressly reserved for him his fifth amendment right if called to testify against thug.
