I’m not a dna expert so I can’t speak on what scenarios would lead to inconslusive dna. But he did have gun residue on him and eye witness account of him shooting the gun, so the DNA thing loses value

(Not before lunch when she was “guarded” but after lunch when she turned it up more)

Acting a little bit is probably a part of all court cases like this and there’s no question she put on an Oscar worthy show, regardless of what happened that night.

Her lawyer even said, the facts don’t matter, do you believe Megan on that stand? That’s all that matters. Appealing to emotions was clearly the game and it worked
