Here's some of Kelsey's testimony.

DA Kathy Ta began her questioning of Kelsey by asking her about being granted immunity for her testimony, and emphasizing that the immunity does NOT cover perjury. As in, if Kelsey lies on the stand in Tory's trial, she can be charged with a crime.

Ta: "You don't have immunity to perjure yourself on the stand?"
Kelsey: "Yes, ma'am."
Ta then asked her if Megan was shot that night.
"Again, her team told me she stepped on glass," Kelsey testified.

Ta: "In Sept, when you spoke w/us, you gave us a lot of detailed statements about what happened, right?"
Harris: "Yes"
Ta: "What happened between Sept & today that you forgot everything?"
Harris: "I told you what I’m going through"
(she cited anxiety/postpartum/death in family)

Ta: “When you talked to us in Sept., you were being truthful, weren’t you?”
Harris: “Some things, yes”

Ta: “Did you fire the weapon at Megan?”
Harris: “No”

Ta said but even Kelsey herself has said Meg was shot. She texted about it moments after it happened. "Help" "Tory shot meg"

"That's my assumption," Kelsey testified. She said she DID hear gunshots that night, but she denied seeing Megan limping.

Kelsey says the prosecution pressured her to come in and speak in September. She says she felt like she had to.

She says she hasn’t spoken to Tory since she retrieved her items from him on July 13th 2020.
She says Tory, nor anyone from his team has harassed, tried to contact, or speak to her in any capacity.

Kelsey says she saw the update about being compromised and taking money and she said she wanted to make it clear that-that was a LIE
