Been following this case, and my mind changes all the time, But I think it's Because she "did" it IMO

I think she pulled the trigger. She got her ass whooped by meg, went to the car to grab the gun and Tory jumped in.

And Her testimony isn't trying to save tory, it's to save herself.

She was the one who was fighting meg -- but claims she doesn't remember the fight on the stand

She was the one who pled the 5th when she was initially asked about the shooting.

She's the one who hates Meg for f***ing niggas behind her back, something she admitted on the stand

She has all the motive, and has the gun residue, which is why she's dodging the questions about the fight, which would openly show her motive and connect why she too has gun residue on her

It makes sense then, that the gun discharges because Tory's trying to get the gun out of her hand, and her bruises and bald spot is from Tory dragging her like a rag doll after the gun discharges to get back into the car.

That makes sense to me. So when you're saying who did it, both Tory and Kelsey don't want to say they did it, but they both know Kelsey probably was on some drunk s*** and didn't mean to cause any harm, plus there's an intimacy angle between those two there on some Toxic s***.
